Former Plateau South Senator and Nigeria’s Ambassador to South Korea, Nora Ladi Daduut, has announced the death of her elder sister, Emelia Adakole. In a family statement, Daduut described the late Adakole as a valued member of the family and a source of support, expressing deep sorrow over the loss.Adakole is reported to have passed away recently, leaving behind family members and associates.
According to the announcement, a wake will be held on April 9, followed by a funeral Mass on April 10 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cathedral in Makurdi, Benue State. She will be buried in Makurdi in line with Christian rites. Daduut called on friends, colleagues, and the public to join the family in prayers during the mourning period.
