Senator Suswam Tasks Youths Over Attitudinal Change, Good Disposition

The immediate past Governor of Benue State, and Senator representing Benue North East, Gabriel Suswam has admonished the Youths to show commitment and determination in all that they do to achieve success.

The Lawmaker who gave this counsel in Makurdi during the graduation ceremony of the Sev-Av Foundation Crafts and Skills Acquisition Program, called on the graduands to imbibe the spirit of commitment to enable them move forward.

Suswam continued: ” I encourage the graduands to use the skills they have acquired with determination and commitment. Good disposition and character will enable you succeed”.

The Legislator lauded his wife who is the Founder of the institution and former First Lady of the state, Arch Yemisi Dooshima Suswam for consistently ensuring that she impart lives despite leaving office for a long time.

” It takes someone with courage and determination to continue to impact People’s lives after leaving office. It is a project after her heart,” Suswam noted.

Also speaking, the Founder of the Sev-Av Foundation Program, Arch Dooshima Suswam appreciated those who graced the occasion over their support and contributions for the success of the event.

The former First Lady called on the graduands to utilize the skills they have acquired to better their lives, stressing that it’s better to teach someone to catch fish than to give him fish.

Mrs Suswam who is a Pastor enjoined the people to seek the face of the Lord to enable them inherit the kingdom of God. ” You can’t be righteous until you come to the righteousness of God”.
