The Chairman senate Committee on Defense and Deputy Chairman Senate Committee on Anti Corruption senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko hailed the victory of Chief Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tinubu as he clinched APC Presidential flagbearer for the forth coming 2023 general Elections.
Senator Wamakko described the victory of Mr. Tinubu as a will of Allah who gives power to whom He wishes at the the time He so wished.
Wamakko who represents sokoto North Senatorial District at the red chamber of the National Assembly called on the winner of the just concluded presidential primary Election of the APC Mr. Bola Ahmad Tinubu to carry all party members together for the overall success of the party especially during the 2023 polls.
The release by Wamakko’s media aide,Bashar Abubakar also said Senator Wamakko challenged those contested with Bola Tinubu to really round him and work collectively for the development of all.
Wamakko also thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for allowing the democracy to take it course without denying any Aspirant from participating in the exercise which he said will brings conscious to outsiders that Nigeria is truly practicing democratic system.
Senator Wamakko thanked all the delegates especially that of sokoto state for voting wisely as that indicated zeal and oness of APC loyalists.
It could be recalled that, senator Bola Ahmad Tinubu participated in the just concluded APC Presidential primary election along side twelve others and emerged winner with One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy One votes.
