SOKOTO APC: PDP Is Not A Party To Support-APC Governorship Candidate

The APC governorship candidate made the assertion when he visited Arkilla while on a campaign strategies. 

“Going by the PDP performance over seven years ago in the state, one can judge for himself that nothing concerning human development has been achieved considering the huge Federal Government allocations collected”, revealed Ahmad Aliyu the APC governorship candidate. 

He further said the masses are in hardship, security is worsening and the governor has no regard for any sector of human development. 

He added that if voted into power come 2023 general elections he will make sure youths in the district will be empowered according to the trade undertaken. 

Ahmad on Wednesday night while speaking to the Arkilla community pleaded that “With your esteem votes, power is certain as Arkilla is one of the populous voting centers in the country”, he said.

He further said as they are people who keep to their words, victory is theirs. 

The Zonal APC Women leader, Hajiya Hadiza Shagari who was assured of women full participation by the women leader in the ward, expressed enthusiasm and commended them for their support assuring them of APC’s support to women folk if voted into power. 

Member representing Wamakko, Kware Federal Constituency Ahmad Kalambaina promised to accord priority on female education and support to youths through provision of skill acquisition materials. 

A seasonal politician, Alhaji Ibrahim Umar revealed that he will do the possible for APC to win all political positions in the district adding that he had for ages undertaken research work on his communities and has been solving most of their problems and therefore is certain of their massive support. 

He further said Senator Wamakko is a father to all and must be given the immense support needed especially in this political transition period. 

Earlier, some of the District politicians Shehu Solanke and Bello Garba assured the Governorship candidate of their massive votes considering their influence and the ground work done in the ward.

Also speaking, the Chairman, Rice Processors Association of Arkilla Alhaji Kabiru similarly assured the APC Candidates of their support and requested for construction of waterways in Arkilla as Water blocked all passages during rainy season.

The group of Ulamas in Arkilla led by the Chief Imam, Malam Abdullahi prayed for APC’s success come 2023 general elections.

About 400 male and female defectors were received at the ceremony.

Kabiru Garba who spoke for defectors said they found themselves in APC due to inefficient leadership by PDP in the state adding the party has no consideration for the esteem youths in the state.
