Sokoto State Government Supports Management Science Conference with ₦10 Million Donation

The Executive Governor of Sokoto State, Dr. Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto, FCNA, has donated ₦10 million to support the 6th Faculty of Management Sciences National Conference at Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS).

This year’s conference focused on “Securing Nigeria’s Future: Leveraging Management Science for Fiscal Resilience, Innovation, and Sustainable Growth.”

Commending the university’s management for organizing the annual event, Governor Aliyu emphasized the critical role of management science in shaping Nigeria’s economic and developmental future.

“As a government, we remain committed to advancing higher education and fostering intellectual development for sustainable growth,” he stated.

The governor was represented at the event by the Commissioner for Higher Education, Professor Isah Muhammad Maishanu.
