The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor of Sokoto State on Strategic Communication, Nuruddeen Muhammad Mahe, has emphasized the need for a unified and standardized communication system across all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
During a familiarization visit to the Sokoto State Media Corporation, Mahe highlighted the challenges of inconsistent and unprofessional communication practices, particularly on social media. He pledged to address these issues to ensure that only accurate and standardized information is shared with the public.
Mahe underscored the importance of collaboration with the apex media organization to achieve his office’s strategic communication objectives. He noted that maintaining and projecting the government’s image is a collective responsibility, not limited to his office alone.

In response, the Managing Director of Sokoto State Media Corporation, Mal. Labaran Lumu Dundaye, lauded Mahe’s efforts in enhancing the administration’s communication strategy. He also commended Governor Ahmed Aliyu for appointing Mahe, describing him as a dedicated and outstanding professional.
Dundaye assured the SSA of the corporation’s full support in implementing a unified communication strategy and wished him success in his role.
This move aims to streamline communication processes, ensuring the effective dissemination of information and a consistent portrayal of the state government’s activities.
