State Commissioner of Health Dr Faruk Umar Abubakar Wurno dismayed local Berbers  perform insicion

The expressed his feeling while presenting Drugs provided by the State Government for the treatment of the patients receiving treatment at General Hospital Tureta.

Dr Faruk Umar Abubakar therefore directed the stoppage of the practice and instead rush the victims who show sign of the disease to Hospitals.

The commissioner who was represented by the Executive Director State Hospital Services Management Board Dr Bello Abubakar Attahiru said the Drugs would be provided in all the General Hospitals with patients of metal poison.

Receiving the Drugs, the Chairman of Tureta local government council Alhaji Aliyu Abubakar Tureta said the provision of the drugs came at a right time.

Alhaji Aliyu Tureta assured that the council would ensure that the drugs are utilise for the purpose meant for.

He explained the effort put in place by the council at the initial stage.
