Suspects Detail How They Killed Kwara Club Owner Who Sought a Threesome

By Daniel Edu

In a shocking revelation, the two suspects, Adama Joseph and Oreoluwa Davies, apprehended by the Nigerian Police for the murder of Kwara State club owner, Adeniyi Ojo, have provided a chilling account of the events leading to the socialite’s demise.

The pair, presented to the public by the police in Abuja, confessed to their involvement in the crime, citing the late socialite’s greed, stinginess, and lack of care as motives for their actions.

During the press conference, the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, stated, “On October 6, 2023, police operatives apprehended the two suspects, Adama and Oreoluwa, both students of Kwara State Polytechnic, in connection with the robbery and murder of Mr. Adeniyi Ojo, the son of Chief Emmanuel Ojo, a prominent figure in Ilorin, Kwara State. Through extensive investigative efforts, our officers successfully tracked down and apprehended these suspects in Mowe Ibafo, Ogun State.”

A tragic turn of events unfolded as the suspects lured the victim into a situation under the pretense of a sexual encounter, where they demanded money from him. When he did not comply, they resorted to drugging and suffocating him, leading to his untimely death.

During their interrogation, Adama revealed that the victim had been persistently demanding a sexual relationship with her, but she had consistently refused. This was partly because she had previously worked under him, and when she quit her job, he failed to provide financial support when she needed it. Oreoluwa corroborated Adama’s account of the incident.

“We had completed our ND program at Kwara Polytechnic before the incident occurred. Our initial intention was not to kill him. On that fateful day, we had planned to steal from him. We told him we wanted to engage in BDSM, and he agreed to have a threesome with me and my friend, Oreoluwa,” Adama recounted.

“After Oreoluwa had tied his hands and legs, I attempted to gag his mouth, but he resisted, so I stopped. When we couldn’t find any money in his pockets, my friend took his phone and held it up to his face to unlock it with facial recognition. He began shouting, loosened one of the ropes on his hands, and started attacking my friend. To silence him, we administered Rohypnol (commonly known as Refnol) to him.”

Adama continued, “In an attempt to prevent him from making noise, my friend placed a pillow over his face. When he fell silent, we assumed he was pretending and decided to leave. I touched him with a knife used for cutting cake, but I didn’t mean to stab or harm him; our sole intention was to take his money. It was only after we were arrested by the police in Ogun State that we learned he had died. We had taken his phone, the knife, and the ropes with us.”

It’s important to note that BDSM stands for bondage, discipline (or domination), sadism (or submission), and masochism, encompassing a range of sexual preferences related to physical and psychological control and, in some cases, pain. A threesome, on the other hand, refers to a form of group sex involving three individuals, which may occur in various private or public settings.
