    Davido Applauds Israel Adesanya’s Participation in ‘Unavailable’ Challenge

    Renowned Nigerian musician, David Adeleke, widely known as ‘Davido,’ has expressed his admiration for UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya. Adesanya recently uploaded a video of himself taking part in the ‘Unavailable’ challenge, a viral trend associated with Davido’s song of the same name from his fourth studio album.

    The video shared by the UFC champion showcased him and his friends performing the challenge, accompanied by the caption, “Emotionally Unavailable: @davido Mr OBO.” Davido, in response, quoted the post on Twitter and simply wrote, “CHAMP.”

    Fans enthusiastically responded to the interaction, with one user comparing Adesanya’s rendition to that of renowned musician and dancer Chris Brown, stating, “Better than Chris Brown.” Another user praised Adesanya’s Nigerian heritage, saying, “This baddtttt style bender. Ömö Naija toh qualityyyyy.”

    Expressing their admiration, one user asked, “Is there anything the stylebender can’t do?” Adesanya joins other celebrities, such as Lil Wayne’s daughter, Reginae Carter, and Chris Brown, who have also shared their own ‘Unavailable’ challenge videos.

    The ‘Unavailable’ challenge continues to gain popularity, with notable personalities from various fields embracing the viral trend, showcasing their dance moves and creativity to the delight of fans.

    Lil Wayne thank Donald Trump for granting him presidential pardon

    Donald Trump granted rapper Lil Wayne a full presidential pardon in his final hours as the US president.

    In November, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida revealed that Wayne faced a federal weapons charge relating to a December 2019 incident at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport.

    He pleaded guilty in December and was facing up to 10 years in prison.

    However, earlier this week, a statement about Wayne’s pardon was released by the White House and noted the rapper’s commitment to charity as a reason for the pardon.

    Taking to Twitter today, Lil Wayne thanked Trump writing: 

    I want to thank President Trump for recognizing that I have so much more to give to my family, my art, and my community. I also want to thank @bradfordcohen for working so diligently to secure another chance for me. Love! – Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.

    Trump pardons American rappers Lil Wayne, Kodak Black in his final hours in office

    President Donald Trump has reportedly granted clemency to rappers Lil Wayne and Kodak Black in his final hours in the office.


    In an official White House statement released late Tuesday night, Trump issued 73 pardons and commuted the sentences of 70 additional individuals with Lil Wayne and Kodak Black on the list.


    Recall Lil Wayne, 38,  pleaded guilty last month to possessing a loaded, gold-plated handgun when his chartered jet landed in Miami in December 2019. He faced a sentence of up to 10 years in prison having previously served eight months in jail in New York, after being convicted of criminal possession of a weapon.


    Kodak Black, 23, who was born Bill Kahan Kapri, is in federal prison for making a false statement in order to buy a firearm. He was sentenced to 46 months in prison on federal weapons charges in 2019.

    He admitted to lying on background-check forms while buying multiple firearms. Two of the weapons were later found by police at crime scenes, including one with Black’s fingerprints and a live round in the chamber that had been used to fire at a “rival rap artist.”

    Grammy award winning rapper, Lil Wayne, has publicly endorsed US president, Donald Trump, few days to the US presidential election, after reportedly having a meeting with the US leader in the White House.

    Late on Thursday night, October 29, Lil Wayne tweeted a photo of himself standing beside  the US President, seemingly endorsing Trump and his “Platinum Plan” to create wealth and prosperity in the Black community over the next four years.

     “Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done. He tweeted

    In the photo uploaded by the rapper, the two stand next to each other giving thumbs up signs.

    Lil Wayne is the latest in a surprisingly long line of black rappers who’ve extended an olive branch to Trump. Kanye West, 50 cent and even recently, Ice Cube – revealed he’s been working with Trump on the aforementioned “Platinum Plan” and his own “Contract For Black America”.
