Governor Darius Ishaku of Taraba state has expressed dismay over the invasion of his Abuja residence and the failure of the APC to condemn the action

Governor Ishaku made this known while answering questions from journalists at Government House Jalingo, on why his residence in Abuja was invaded by security operatives last month.

Ishaku, decribed the invasion as an attack on his family by the ruling APC Government and a traumatize experience, adding that if a sitting Governor can experience such illegal act what is the faith of the common man in Nigeria.

The Governor condemned the act of the ruling APC, saying it never meant well in a democratic Nigeria.

“I feel very bad the Democratic leadership of the APC is not living according to the rule of the constitution, it is very disgraceful, embarrassing, it is very insulting. Iam very shock that only the PDP condemned the invasion no APC Governor talk about it. Don’t they have Governors? They threw away my family and broke all doors in my house. Could someone worked into an APC Governors house and do such? ”

He regretted that since the attack in his residence, no APC Governor in Nigeria have said a word about the attack.
