The Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Sokoto State Council, paid a condolence visit to Jarman Sokoto, Alhaji Ummarun Kwabo A.A.,

The statement jointly signed by the chairman and the Secretary Nasir Muhammad Bello said this followed the passing of his daughter, Hajiya Maryam

The NUJ Chairman, Usman Muhammad Binji, expressed deepest sympathies to the bereaved family, describing the demise as a great loss to the family and the entire Sokoto State.

The Chairman then prayed that Almighty Allah grants the deceased soul eternal rest and the family fortitude to bear the loss.

In his response, Jarman Sokoto thanked the NUJ Sokoto State Council for the visit and the heartfelt condolences, appreciating the union’s gesture of goodwill during this difficult time.

The NUJ Sokoto State Council’s condolence visit demonstrates the union’s commitment to showing solidarity with its members and prominent figures in the community during times of bereavement.
