Two Farmers Associations Assist Physically Challenged With Onion Seedlings

Marhaba Farmers in collaboration with 2Scale Crowd Funding Program Assist Physically Challenged Small Holder Onion Farmers With Onion Seedlings And Chemicals

In his welcome address at the Seed Nursery/Demonstration Farm,the Chairman of the Marhaba Farmers Association Arkilla, Engr. Yusuf Magaji prayed for peaceful conduct of the brief ceremony.

The Chairman Board of Trustees, Dr. Galadima Bagudo assured the members of fruitful participation saying education in farming activities is of great value while meeting with unknown persons is another important sector in education as one gains immensely from professionals who were available during meetings like this.

He added that what they had gained was just the beginning.

While assuring assuring them of N20,000 monthly contribution to the development of the association, he emphasized on the need for all members to contribute no matter how little the amount may be.

Chairman, Physically Challenged, Mallam Ishaqa Aliyu commended and appreciated the collaborative gesture of the two Associations and commenced demonstration on how seedlings are spread.

In his remarks, Alhaji Murtala Jabo on behalf of 2Scale Crowd Funding Association thanked all participants and promised more assistance from his association.

In his closing remarks, the Secretary of Marhaba Farmers Association, Mr. Umar Bunza while commending and anticipating more gesture from agencies such as 2Scale, prayed for continuous relationship.
