Two Young Informants Arrested In Goronyo

Two young youth have been arrested in Danjiro village of Goronyo local government area for passing accurate information to kidnappers for illegal attacks. 

The informants when asked confessed that they have been in this illegal act for sometime. 

However, they refused to disclose the amount they were being paid for every information undertaken by the bandits for every attack. 

Just two days ago the soldiers of Dogo Gede undertook a bloodshed attack on the communities of Danjiro where several lives were lost while others sustained injury. 

For sometimes now the people of Goronyo local government have suffered series of attacks by the bandits 

When contacted on the issue, the Sokoto Police Command Public Relations Officer, DSP Sanusi Abubakar said he will get back to our correspondent, but two hours after compiling this report the police spokesman has not responded.
