**Verydarkman Recovers ₦78 Million From Allegedly Hacked NGO Account**

By Daniel Edu

Controversial social critic, Verydarkman, has confirmed the recovery of ₦78 million out of the ₦160 million that was allegedly stolen from his NGO’s account. The update comes just days after he publicly disclosed on Instagram that his organization’s account had been hacked, with an initial claim that ₦180 million had been siphoned.

The news of the alleged hack sparked a range of reactions across social media. While some users expressed skepticism, questioning the authenticity of the incident and the existence of such a large sum in the NGO’s account, others urged patience as investigations continued.

On Sunday, Verydarkman shared an update on Instagram, expressing gratitude for the progress made so far. He wrote, “Thanks to the people who called to check up on me. I also want to thank God for the process so far: we have been able to recover ₦78m. Although the suspect pointed out that the person he was involved with has run to Ghana, so hopefully, we would be going to Ghana very soon.”

The recovery update signals a positive turn in the ongoing investigation, with Verydarkman remaining hopeful of retrieving the rest of the stolen funds.

Meanwhile, Nigerian cryptocurrency entrepreneur and businessman, Linus Williams (known as BLord), has raised concerns over the alleged loss of funds from Verydarkman’s charity. BLord, who has been vocal in his criticism of Verydarkman, demanded that he provide proof of the ₦160 million supposedly donated by Nigerians for charitable purposes.

The controversy surrounding the missing funds continues to generate debate, with both supporters and critics closely watching the developments.
