We Are Now Set To Vote Credible Leaders Next Week- Kano Residents

Kano residents would come out massively to vote for credible leaders on Saturday 18th of March in accordance with the national electoral body’s schedule.

In a series of interview with our correspondent in Kano and environs, the electorates assured that the forthcoming gubernatorial elections would be peaceful and hitch-free in all the 44 local government areas.

Comrade Mustapha Umar Tallo Gwarzo announced that we have seen how the presidential election was done, it is fine and simple despites some minor rifts in some places.

Mustapha Umar Tallo noted that ” the forthcoming governorships election would be free, fair and successful in Kano state especially when our security agencies remained vigilant on what is going on between the politicians, candidates and electorates”. He concluded.

In his remark, Alhaji Dauda Mohammed Ali, National Chairman, Movement for the support of democracy and good governance (MSDG) lamented that based on what their organisation has found out, gubernatorial and house of assembly election would be free and peaceful.

Our correspondent who visited many places of gatherings reported that Kano electorates described the Rescheduling of governorship and house of assembly election from 11th March to 18th would enable the national electoral body to configure it’s BVAS devices and fully arrange for the polls.
