Winning 120 million, yet charged 120k for makeup,” laments Ilebeya Odinaya

Ilebeya Odinaya, Nigerian reality TV star and winner of Big Brother Naija All-Stars, expressed her dismay at the soaring prices of makeup services after being charged 120,000 Naira for a makeup session. Odinaya, who secured the coveted 120 million Naira prize, took to Twitter, linking the inflated price to her newfound wealth and fame.

This complaint follows Odinaya’s earlier denial, in October 2023, of winning the reality show out of pity. She firmly stated that her victory was a result of it being her time and the genuine love of the audience, rejecting claims of sympathy votes.

Odinaya, known for her bold statements, previously made headlines for her attire at Davido’s Martel event, where opinions on her revealing outfit were divided. Despite mixed reactions, she appeared indifferent, sharing a photo with the caption “the baddie herself.”

In a recent tweet, Odinaya subtly asserted her Big Brother Naija All-Stars victory, emphasizing that there can only be one winner amidst speculations about her deserving the title. Her tweet appeared to reaffirm her position as the rightful victor, regardless of public opinions.
