Zamfara Government, Vows To Revive- ZAGIS

The Director General Of the Zamfara Geographic Information system (ZAGIS) Hon Hassan Idris, has expressed his readiness and commitment to revive the state’s ZAGIS in the state.

The DG disclosed this to the news men in Gusau the state capital.
According to the DG, reviving the Zamfara Geographic Information system (ZAGIS) in Zamfara State be come necessary in order to improve the activities of the Agency.

Hon. Hassan Idris Gusau also solicited for support from the staff Of the Agency for the development of the Agency in the state.

He said, the move become imperative considering the benefits and importance attached to the sector.
The Director General also said the ZAGIS would also serve as revenue generation body in the state.

He how ever noted that this will give opportunity to the youths to engage and acquire more skills and knowledge in order to be self reliant.

Hon. Hassan commended Zamfara State Governor Dr Bello Muhammad (Matawallen Maradun) for appointing him as Director General Zamfara Geographic Information system (ZAGIS).
