2023: Atiku Abubakar to run for presidency again

The son of the 2019 Presidential candidate for PDP, revealed that his father, Atiku Abubakar, will once again run for Nigeria’s presidency in 2023.

Atiku’s son who is the commissioner for Works and Energy made this known when he presented the scorecard of his ministry, as the administration of Governor Ahmadu Finitiri celebrates its first year in office.

He was quoted saying;

“Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with my father contesting for the presidency. In 2023, my father will be aspiring to the number one office in the land because he has been an astute, strategic, master politician for almost four decades”,

Atiku Abubakar was once the vice-president of Nigeria during the Goodluck Jonathan administration, however, he failed in his first bid to become the president of Nigeria after losing to President Buhari.
