Popular TikTok content creator and streamer, Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has proposed to his longtime girlfriend and fellow TikTok personality, Jarvis.

The proposal took place in Accra and has since generated widespread reactions on social media after a video of the moment surfaced online.

In the viral clip, Peller went down on one knee and presented a ring to Jarvis in a romantic setting. The surprised TikTok star appeared emotional before accepting the proposal.

The engagement has been widely celebrated by fans and followers of the couple, with many taking to social media to congratulate them on the milestone.

The proposal marks a significant step in the relationship of the two content creators, who have built a strong online presence and attracted a large following through their videos and livestreams.

Ivy Ifeoma, wife of Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, has sparked reactions after speaking about money, relationships, and financial independence among women.

In a video shared on her TikTok page, Ivy advised single women not to make marrying a wealthy man their primary life goal, stressing the importance of personal financial growth.

She explained that while marrying into wealth can offer advantages, it should not replace the need for individual ambition and self-reliance.

“I was a millionaire before I met this man,” she said, addressing speculation surrounding her marriage to the singer, particularly due to their age difference.

Veteran Nigerian filmmaker and comedian Okiki Adesina, popularly known as Janmole, has died following a fatal car accident.

The incident reportedly occurred on Monday, with the actor said to have lost his life in a ghastly road crash.

His death was confirmed by fellow filmmaker and President of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Bolaji Amusan, who announced the tragedy on his Instagram page on Tuesday.

In his tribute, Amusan described the loss as devastating, praying for the peaceful repose of the deceased and strength for his family, friends, and colleagues to bear the irreparable loss.

“May the soul of our departed colleague, Adesina Okiki Janmole, who tragically lost his life in an accident, rest in perfect peace,” he wrote.

The late actor was also noted to have survived a fire accident along the Lagos–Ibadan expressway about four years ago before his untimely death.

His passing has left colleagues in the Nigerian film industry mourning yet another loss in the entertainment sector.
