It appears President Buhari’s latest appointment is not going down well with some Nigerians.
Son of Kaduna state governor, Bello El-Rufai, has expressed reservation over the recent appointments by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Buhari had approved the re-appointment of Boss Mustapha as secretary to the government of the federation and Abba Kyari as chief of staff to the president.
This was disclosed in a statement by presidential aide, Garba Shehu, who said both appointments took effect from May 29, 2019.
Reacting to the appointments on Twitter, Bello said if Buhari re-appoints same set of ministers, he would lose the trust of Nigerians.
Bello tweeted in the early hours of Saturday, July 6.
We trust you Mr. President. It has not nothing do with partisanship. It has nothing to do with your cult following that only fools deny. But recent appointments aside, if some Ministers return, well, that trust will become very unsteady. We are not PDP, you will hear us!

Some of his followers agreed with him, expressing worry over the appointments.

@MBuhari Honestly Baba is disappointing us on so many fronts, most recently the cancellation of #RUGA.

I totally second you on this. Being honest, I am very excited by the Next level plans: especially the one to do with PHC’s, but I am already worried by his appointments so far. They will not ensure the programs are implemented effectively.

Well said bro, especially with the recent one of abba kyari. Man has no business in this next level.

While Nigerians await the ministerial list, President Buhari also approved the re-appointment of his personal physician, Dr Suhayb Rafindadi and 10 other personal staff.
It has been over a month since Buhari started his second term as president and Nigerians have expressed concerns that he is yet to appoint ministers.
Recall that it took Buhari took six months before he could constitute a cabinet in his first term in office in 2015.
