Director applied Research and Technology Innovation (ARTI)Yaba College of Technology (Yabatech), Dr. Akinsola Olufemi, who is a Construction Expert raised an alarm that most buildings in Lagos State was constructed without soil test; that such buildings could be at risk of collapse.
