Ogun State: Cultism has crept into Schools

The Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun laments that Cultism has crept into primary schools in the state and Nigeria as a whole,as primary school children are now involved in Cultism.

The Givernosiad thia on Sunday while speaking at the Thanksgiving service for the Synod and investiture of Diocesan of Distinguished fellows and Royal fellows at the St. Barnabas Anglican Church in okun- owa Ijebu,in Odogbolu Local Government Area of the state.

The Governor also urged Nigerians to get their voters card in order for them to cast their votes in the forthcoming Elections.

He added that Nigeria is facing alot of challenges ,of which Cultism has become the order of the day, and people see kidnapping as the fastest way of making money.

Abiodun enjoined parents to guide their children in the right way and ask questions when necessary so as to ensure that the children being our leaders of tomorrow are led rightly.

He also urged the people to have hope and faith in God that these challenges can be overcomed and that the people should join hands with the Government to build the nation.
