While Hon. Otobo’s youthfulness, vibrancy, political sagacity and ingenuity is highly admired by Sylva. Hon. Otobo, a major stakeholder in Bayelsa state politics has been a former Volunteer Chairman, Special Adviser and Youths Commissioner.
