Hon. Solomon Bulus Maren, house of representatives member representing Mangu/Bokkos federal constituency, on Monday, chaired an oversight function at the Corporate Affairs Commission office in Ilorin, Kwara state capital.
According to report, Hon. Maren who represents the common and collective interests of the citizens through the enactment of laws paid a visit to the office alongside some other persons to
review and monitor the activities of the CAC in the state.
The lawmaker made the visit to ensure that set results are achieved in line with the mandate of the commission which is to establish and maintain companies’ registry and offices in all the states of the federation.
Maren was impressed with the activities and improvements in the commission, charged staffs to continue with the good work while ensurin that all activities are in compliance with applicable policies, laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
