“Adekunle Gold Reacts to Brymo’s Shocking Revelation, Urges Him to Show Respect”

By Daniel Edu

Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has expressed concern for his colleague Brymo and urged him to seek help after Brymo made a shocking revelation. In a voice note released, Brymo disclosed that he turned down Simi’s request for a music collaboration because she refused to be intimate with him.

According to Brymo, he was initially supposed to be featured on Adekunle Gold’s upcoming album ‘Tequila Ever After,’ but the collaboration never materialized. Responding to a fan’s inquiry, Brymo stated that he had rejected a similar request from Adekunle Gold many years ago, and he had done the same with Simi as well. He believed that getting intimate with the artists would create intensity in their music collaboration but was unaware of their relationship at the time.

Brymo further revealed that he had made a similar proposition to Ghanaian singer Efya, as he wanted to experience what it felt like to create music with someone he was romantically involved with.

In a tweet, Brymo expressed some conflicting emotions, admitting that part of him felt remorse for his requirements for collaborations with female artists but also asserted that he was genuinely seeking to explore the dynamics of creating music with someone he was involved with romantically. He recalled proposing the same arrangement to Efya.

Adekunle Gold, who is married to Simi, responded to Brymo’s tweet with a warning, stating that Brymo should not disrespect his wife and family. The incident has sparked reactions and discussions within the music community.
