Ministerial slot – Group lauds President Tinubu over choice of Ex Jigawa Governor Badaru

By Israel Adamu,Jos

Group operating under the auspices of Next Level Ambassadors has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for nominating the immediate past Governor of Jigawa State, Alhaji Abubakar Badaru, as a minister of the Federal Republic.

The group also congratulated the nominee for being among the first batch of ministerial nominees sent to the Senate for screening stressing that they are confident that he would excel in any assignment he is given .

Prince Miaphen, the leader of the group in a statement made available to newsmen in Jos said as a minister “ Badaru Would add value to the administration of President Bola Tinubu,

The statement reads that like the
popular adage says, a gold fish has no hiding place, that is the perfect depiction of your case, Your Excellency Mohammed Badaru (MON), the immediate past Executive Governor of Jigawa State, in view of your sterling leadership qualities in both private and public life.

As an entrepreneur, you rose to become one of the most successful businessmen in Nigeria through a dint of sheer hard work, solid character base, sound business ethics and total commitment to all you believed in.

Tamaliz Group, the business conglomerate you established back then as a young, fresh university graduate, became a phenomenal success.

As a public servant, you transformed small Jigawa State into an epicenter of socio-infrastructural development and a cynosure of effective governance and top-notch service delivery in Nigeria.

As a politician and party stalwart, you transversed the length and breadth of this country, performing different national assignments in order to reposition your party – our party – towards attaining greater heights.

As a nationalist, you worked assiduously, amicably and productively with everyone you came in contact with, irrespective of which part of the country they hailed from. Little wonder, you were amongst the few wise, objective and vocal northern state governors that insisted political power should swing to the south, after the eight consecutive years of a northern presidency.

And as a mentor, you have inspired, developed and empowered so many youths and students across the entire nation and beyond; without recourse to their ethnicity, tribe, religion or gender.

The group further said that ” As a leader, you have demonstrated exceptional focus, empathy, courage, determination and sacrifice. Accordingly, you have left indelible legacies for the benefit of the current and future generations of Nigerians and in the process, etched your footprints forever in the sands of time.

We are therefore very certain that as a team player, you will add immeasurable value to the success of the current administration of President Bola Tinubu, in any ministry you are eventually assigned to serve as a federal minister.

Prince Miaphen assured the Minster nominee of their abiding loyalty, support, and fervent prayers for his wellbeing, safety and success in all your endeavors.
