“Why I have to stop reading DMs to protect my sanity” Iyabo Ojo spills as she reacts to the cries of Nigerians

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has announced her decision to stop reading her direct messages (DMs) to protect her mental health. The outspoken celebrity, who often addresses societal issues, shared her concerns about the increasing hardships faced by Nigerians, leading to issues like depression, insomnia, drug use, and a rise in insecurity.

Iyabo Ojo highlighted that her DMs are filled with cries for help, showcasing the extent of the challenges people are facing. In response to these concerns, she expressed her intention to take a break from reading her DMs to safeguard her sanity.

She pointed out that the country is witnessing a significant impact on mental health due to various societal problems. The actress offered a prayer for the government, urging them to make wise decisions for the well-being of the people before it’s too late.

This decision comes after Iyabo Ojo recently reacted to the tragic explosion in Ibadan, expressing sorrow over the prevalent issues such as kidnapping in the country. Her advocacy for justice and empathy for those affected by societal problems continues to make her a prominent voice in the entertainment industry.
