PDP sympathizes with victims of Sokoto central Market

The Sokoto State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, wishes to commiserate with the victims of the fire that affected the motorcycle sellers of the Sokoto central market, resulting in the loss of property believed to be worth billions of Naira in the early hours of Monday.
The PDP views the unfortunate incident as a Divinely ordained and the party is however grateful that no life was lost in the blaze. We pray for fortitude on the part of the business community and their speedy recovery from the huge losses incurred through the incident.
It is also our hope that the affected traders would soon resume their business activities, which are a crucial contribution to the commercial and economic life of our dear state.
Spokesman of the Sokoto PDP chapter, Hassan Sahabi Sanyinlawal said their party wishes to enjoin the people of the state to exploit the current sacred season of Ramadan to seek Divine protection against the recurrence of similar misfortunes and the prevalent socioeconomic predicaments being experienced by in Sokoto State and Nigeria at large.
