“I Will No Longer Intervene in Mohbad’s Affairs,” Says Wunmi’s Sister

Titilayo Karimo, the sister of Wunmi, the estranged wife of the late Mohbad, has publicly declared her decision to step back from any involvement in matters concerning Wunmi’s husband.

This announcement comes after Karimo previously accused the late singer of infecting her sister with STDs, prompting a response from Wunmi refuting the claim.

In her statement addressing Wunmi’s rebuttal, Karimo expressed her intention to refrain from participating in any issues related to Mohbad, while also assuring Wunmi of her continued support and understanding.

However, Karimo emphasized her determination to pursue matters concerning ‘Jossy’, Mohbad’s father, with whom she admitted having a dispute.

In her own words:

“I understand that my sister is facing pressure, so I will refrain from publicly commenting or taking any actions against Mohbad. From this moment onwards, I am withdrawing from all involvement in your husband’s affairs. I trust that God will guide you through this situation.

“Wunmi, I want you to know that you are not responsible for what is happening, and I will continue to pray for you. You should not suffer for something you are not involved in. As for me, Titilayo, I am stepping away from this matter. It’s not out of fear, but a decision to disengage.

“However, I want to make it clear that if Jossy (Mohbad’s father) confronts me, I will respond accordingly. This issue extends beyond just you. While I respect your decision, I want to emphasize that I reserve the right to defend myself if necessary. Nevertheless, I will refrain from discussing ‘Justice for Mohbad’ moving forward.”
