Organizers of the Tropicana Trade Fair have announced the third edition of the Tropicana Trade Fair 3.0, scheduled for October 30th to November 3rd, 2024, at the Tropicana Mall Grounds in Uyo. This initiative, launched by the Tropicana Mall, aims to boost foot traffic and provide support to the brands within the mall, benefiting both tenants and patrons alike.

The event’s primary goal is to activate product engagement and drive end-of-year sales, making it an ideal platform for vendors to connect with customers in a lively shopping environment. According to a statement from the Public Relations Officer of the organizers, A and NE Consults, Magdalene Mendie, the fair promises an engaging experience for all participants.

Endorsed by the State Ministry of Trade and Investment, the event aligns with the state’s commercial objectives, stimulating business activity in a fun and vibrant setting. Notable partners and vendors include Sundry Market, operators of the mall’s anchor tenant Market Square, Mae Edmonds, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Champion Breweries, and others.

The Bank of Industry will also be present to provide advisory services, helping vendors explore financing opportunities and avenues for business growth.

The Tropicana Trade Fair, organized by A and NE Consults and endorsed by the Tropicana Mall management, is an annual event that showcases indigenous businesses while promoting entrepreneurship, tourism, and cultural heritage in Akwa Ibom and the South-South region of Nigeria. Now in its third year, the fair is quickly becoming one of the most anticipated events of the year.
