Yuletide: Kaduna Police Boss enhances security measures, deploys anti kidnap, vice section, others

The Commissioner of Police, CP, Kaduna state Ibrahim Abdullahi, has affirmed the Command’s unwavering commitment to maintaining peace and order throughout the festive season.
He emphasized that proactive measures have been put in place to address potential security challenges and to reassure citizens of their safety during this period of celebration.
A statement by the command spokesman Asp Mansir Hassan stressed that major deployment of Anti Kidnapping unit, Anti vice Section, CP monitoring unit and Operation fushin kada has all been made in strategic flashpoints within the State.
The CP also urged the public to avoid actions that could disrupt peace and security of the state. The youths are warned to refrain from the use of banned items like fireworks, knockouts, and any other materials capable of causing fear or unrest in the streets.
He also commended the collaborative efforts of various stakeholders in promoting a harmonious atmosphere across the state.
He assured the public that the Command will continue to prioritize the protection of lives and property, working tirelessly to prevent crime and uphold peace during this festive period and beyond.
