Commander Operations Lafiya Dole, Major Gen Olusegun Adeniyi, cries out to FG

Theatre Commander Operations Lafiya Dole,Major Gen Olusegun Adeniyi,has cried out loud to the Federal Government to give him helicopters to enable the theatre flush out bokoharam INSURGENCY once and for all.

He declared this, on Monday,while hosting 40 Social Media Influencers and Bloggers from across the country,who were in his office at the command headquarters on a courtesy visit at the Maimalari cantonement, Maiduguri.

The THEATRE Commander said he has the recipe to wipe out Boko Haram once and for all, hear him”Give me helicopters and I will crush bokoharam forever in three months”

The social media influencers and bloggers were in the State to have an on the spot assessment of the successes and otherwise on the ongoing war against the terrorist group in the Northeast.

Gen Adeniyi advocated for the immediate establishment of an “Army Aviation ” which he believed is the antidote to the final elimination of the dreaded bokoharam terrorists.

According to him, if given the helicopters,it will be manned by soldiers as embedded in the operations,the theatre will wipe out insurgency in three months adding that its the norm across the globe curently in conventional warfare

The Commander took his audience on a historical journey on how Boko Haram emerged and the efforts made by the Nigerian Army so far to defeat it,stressing that Boko Haram is not an Islamic group as most people are made to believe.

He described the terrorists group as criminals and kidnappers who are out to kidnap women ,children and attack soft targets,however,he assured Nigerians that the Army is now poised to deliver a final blow to the terrorist group.

“Please tell Nigerians that Boko Haram days will soon be over,i know them very well just as they know me.I will attack and attack them,i will eliminate them,those who are lucky not to be killed will be capatured”,he boasted .

On rumours of an impending attack during the Christmas period,black Christmas,Gen Adeniyi said everything has been put in place to make sure this does not happen.
