Jennifer Yusuf

A Federal High Court sitting in Kano State has expelled a bribery suit against Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, for absence of proof.

The suit was documented by a Kano-based legal counselor Bulama Bukarti.

The legal advisor requested that the court order the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to investigate Ganduje for supposedly accepting a kickback from a temporary worker.
