Collaborate With Land Authorities To Tackle Land Disputes: Dawanau Market Chairman Urged Land Sales Agents.

Lands sales agents have been advised to collaborate with land management authorities to end lands disputes especially at present when crisis related to lands sales and ownership is increasing.

The newly appointed caretaker committee chairman of Dawanau international grains market Alhaji Sani Ahmed Kwa gave the advice when the association of lands dealers paid him a courtesy call in his office, where he assured that collaborations with the land authorities would bring an end lands disputes in our communities.

Alhaji Sani Ahmed discloses that” in many occasions land relates crisis broke during the dimarcations and sales of lands, farms and even houses because the land sellers on commission basis do not collaborate with the land authorities which is a great mistake that resulted in the increase of and relates crisis at both urban and rural areas”. He emphasized.

Commenting on the association of land seller’s courtesy call, the chairman thankes the leaders and members of the association for the courtesy, where he. announced that his committee would channel the needs to have a collaboration between the Dawakin Tofa local government land office and the association in order to ensure that all lands demarcations and sales were done based on excellent approval.

He commended the chairman of Dawakin Tofa local government coucil Alhaji Ado Tambai Kwa for his fatherly intervention whenever there is a misunderstanding regarding land matters that is why the land office of the local government is getting no crisis between the land sellers and the owners across the local government area.
