BREAKING: Angry youths, hoodlums invades Warehouse in Kaduna

Angry youths and hoodlums on Saturday invaded a Warehouse in Barnawa area of Kaduna town and carted away rice, gari, indomie and other valuable items warehoused by government as Covid 19 palliatives.

Eyewitness said some of the youths were see also heading towards another Warehouse located at Queen Amina College, Kakuri, and Kawo area of the state, after they were dispersed from Barnawa by police.

The source also said residents who got the information joined the looters as they rushed to the scene.

The incident has been linked to porkets of EndSARS protest which commenced in some parts of the state especially  Kaduna south.

Contacted, the Kaduna state police Command spokesman Muhammad jalige, also confirmed the information but could not give further details.

Sources however said that police used tear-gas to dispersed the angry youths after they succeeded in breaking into in the warehouse.
