Universial Week of Prayers: Kaduna Cleric predicts end of insecurity in Nigeria

Pastor Adeyemi A. Isaac has prophesized the end of insecurity in Nigeria.

The Pastor made the revelation in an interview at the end of the seven days intensive prayer and fasting of all church denomination programme titled” Universal Week of Prayers”.

Adeyemi lsaac who is also the Pastor of Sheruphim Sheraphim worldwide said the insecurity and terror problems Nigerians are facing will surely end in this year 2022.

Organized by Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Kaduna central Zone and Bible Society of Nigeria (BSN) Kaduna principal Auxiliary, the chairman further said the yearly worldwide prayer event, prayed for the entire country and kaduna state in particular, over the insecurity.
He also stated that gathering of men of God prayed for Kidnapped victims of Bandits and some of them were released within the period of the week of prayer in kaduna including the Bethel Baptist school students, with only one yet to be released, “will be release”.
“With faith and believe in God, the security challenges being faced in Nigeria will come to an end this your 2022”, he said.

Pastor Isaac explained that the seven day prayers had a preacher, a conductor and an interpreter on each day to “conduct and interpret the preachings in Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba languages.

The chairman further stated that the core essence of yearly prayers is to unite the christians more, irrespective of the denominations, appealing to Pastors to stop selling out their conscience for money lobbing to go and politicians for what they could get out of them instead of prayers, after ordained by God.
He however frowned against increased in taxes and the proposed fuel pump price hike by government, lamenting that the action would further increased the suffering of the commoners in the country.
“We’ve prayed against plans, and we’re still praying against it not to work, and it’ll not work”, he stated.
Earlier, the chairman of BSN kaduna principal Auxiliary Col. Dr Adegdoye (rtd), in an interview, stated that the subject of the 2022 week of prayer tagged “We Saw the Star in the East and Came to Worship Him”, was deliberately chosen to show the importance of their Lord Savior Jesus Christ.

According to him, the seven other sub-topics “Walking in the light, arise and shine, we’re the congorous, our God is faithful to rebuild and restore”, among others, means that God is capable to restoring all that were destroyed including lives and properties and bring peace into the country and to the victims relatives, quoting the book of JOB 42:10.
He also appraised the efforts of the military in the fight against insurgence:, assuring that with prayers and support for better equipment and military weapons, the insecurity will end, not necessarily with change of Service Chiefs.
While urging the politicians to keep to their promises to the people, stop corruption and win the heart of God, Col. Adegdoye expressed displeasure over increased foreign loans running into over trillions of naira.
Also speaking, Samuel S. Yakubu of Sheruphim Sheraphim of Katsina road Kaduna Hqters, who represented CAN Chairman kaduna central Zone apostle Charles Smith, explained that the week of prayer established about 30 years ago, was meant to sustain prayers against devil that only come destroyed humanity.
During prayer session, the church said “If not for the small prayers we’re doing, this country would’ve scattered.

Many Christian leaders, clerics and personalities including Rev. Olu Muyiwa, lsaac among others attended the evet which ended Sunday evening at The Cathedral of St. Michael Anglican Communion Church, lbrahim road kaduna.
