Oshiomole’s brother attacked by thugs including 14 others

Seidu Oshiomhole who is the younger brother to Adams Oshiomole, the former governor of Edo State and APC National Chairman have been beaten up by some thugs alongside with 14 other lawmaker-elects yesterday.

I was reported that the thugs allegedly hired by the state government attacked the lawmaker-elects while they were holding a meeting at an undisclosed location.

The meeting the lawmaker-elects were holding has to do with the Monday midnight inauguration of nine members of the state house of assembly and also the election of Frank Okiye as speaker

The crisis in the state assembly is said to be triggered by a new rift between Governor Godwin Obaseki and Adams Oshiomhole, his predecessor who anointed him as his replacement.

One of the lawmaker-elects who were attacked include Victor Tiger Edoror, a former deputy speaker. The case has now been reported to the police.
