Abere-Ede Community Declares Support For Oyetola

For them to benefit from the developmental projects earmarked for the entire state, residents of Abere-Ede Community in Osun State have declared their support fro the new governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola.

The Alabere of Abere-Ede, Oba Abdulkareem Sanusi Adefemi-Abiade 1, made the declaration on behalf of the residents while speaking on the new administration with DayBreak News on Wednesday in his palace.

The Monarch noted the importance of demonstrating their support to the new government which he said would enable them to have some social infrastructural facilities in their domain saying, he is optimistic that the Oyetola’s led administration would do better for all and sundry.

The Alabere-Ede who prayed for the successful tenure of the incumbent administration in the state, mentioned some of the social amenities needed by his people, such as, Secondary School, Higher Institution, Electricity Supply to some communities under him, Pipe-borne water, General Hospital and government industry among others.

Oba Adefemi reiterated that the entire residents of the community will not relent in paying their taxes to the government coffer as at when due which he described as criteria for them to qualify for developmental amenities for the upliftment of the residents.

The Alabere-Ede, enjoined Governor Oyetola not to take the development of the rural areas with levity hand, adding that it is the area where many politicians get largest votes during an election.

The traditional ruler, however, called on the entire people of the state to rally round the new administration in the state saying, for the betterment of all and sundry.
