The Plateau State Governor, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, who came prepared to deliver dividends of democracy has, over this one year in office, remained firm, focused, resilient and steady in fulfilling his social contract with the people of Plateau state.
Interestingly, the people had dared the odds, mobilized themselves and voted H.E. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang and the Hon. (Mrs.) Josephine Piyo as Governor and Deputy Governor, respectively.
However, despite the monumental distractions before his assumption in office, numerous areas of tremendous positive impact abound, which has further made popular “The Time is Now” Administration.
