Allocation Of Shops At Bichi Market Would Be Fair After Mordenazation-Professor Sabo

The executive Chairman of Bichi local government council, professor Yusuf Muhammad Sabo disclosed that there would be no going back on the demolition and modernization of ancient Bichi market while the allocation of shops would be free and fair to all those who have shops in the market.

Speaking to our correspondent shortly after the trending report of how the traders protested the demolition of the market for fear of the loss of their properties, Professor Yusuf Muhammad Sabo said that ” No going back on the modernization excercise of the ancient market, but he assured that nobody would lost his property because we are ready to re-allocate shops to the owners as occupied for decades judiciously according to our plans”.

He added that the proposed demolition and modernization of Bichi ancient market was initiated and brought by the member representing Bichi Federal constituency Engineer Abubakar Kabir Abubakar, who is also the chairman works committee of the House of Representatives in his efforts to makes economic progress more effective in Bichi emirate respectively.

Furthermore, professor Sabo lamented that ” We are happy to announce that the genuine traders from the market are solidly behind our plans to modernize Bichi ancient market so as to meet the global standard keeping in minds that Bichi local government headquarter is an Emirate that needs re-organization in every sector, therefore we are certain that in the near future, Bichi ancient market would become an examplary with all the necessary social amenities and infrastructure”. He stated.

Professor Yusuf Muhammad Sabo commended the lawmaker for bringing more progress to his domain and announced that Bichi local government council is working selflessly to relocate traders to a temporary space into the famous Garba Damargu stadium before the completion of the re-construction of the ancient market.
