Amnesty Programme Phase II Ex-agitators gets new National body

The phase II Ex-agitators of the presidential Amnesty programme PAP, has elected her national body yesterday in the nation’s capital.

The phase II is comprises of 6166 Ex-agitators. In a keenly contested election, conducted at Abuja in browelf hotel garki on 30th January 2024, where winners emerged.

The newly elected National executive members include; JOHN ESUKU as National Chairman, JULIUS BELEMU as National Vice Chairman, DEMARO Vwaghie, as National Secretary, PASSMAN AKPOS as National Publicity Secretary, GIFT AGAMENE as National Spokes person/Public relation Officer.

John Esuku, the newly elected National Chairman in a thank you message, appreciated the members of the election Committee, the various state Chairmen and the general body of the 6166 phase II Ex-agitators, for finding him worthy to steer the affairs of the group.

Esuku promised to carry everybody along as the National Chairman,that himself and his team will always work for the benefits of the group. ” I will work to make sure there is always a cordial relationship between the body and the leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, our lost glory shall be recovered”he noted.

The newly elected National Chairman ceased the opportunity to call on All phase 2 presidential amnesty leaders for a general meeting at Abuja on the 10th of February 2024, according him, “if you know that your camp slot missed,please come with your original document which you used to drop your gun, disarmament letter, every leader must present it on the 10th of February 2024, before the next seating date of the house of representatives.

“All leaders, delta,Edo,bayelsa, if you know that your slot missed, come to Abuja before on the 10th February 2024, And also, all the leaders that have the BVN issue should come with it”

In a statement made available to Daybreak News, signed by state Chairmen, Paul Johnson Bayelsa state Chairman, Solomon Adu Delta state Chairman and others, the group advised the general public and the office of the presidential Amnesty programme, to work with the newly elected body as the legitimate National Leadership for the good of the phase II. And warns any other illegal persons to stay clear. It added.
