Barman Charged for Stealing musical equipment

The Police in Lagos on Monday charged a barman, Daniel Kelechukwu to a Badagry Chief Magistrate’s Court for allegedly stealing musical equipment worth N237,000 belonging to one Prince Emmanuel Ifeanyi.

The Prosecution Counsel,ASP Akpan Nko,told the court that the barman committed the offence on the 1st of April at the Fun City Hotel,Age- Mowe, Badagry in Lagos at about 5:30 pm. The musical equipment stolen are one mixer engine worth N150,000 and a speaker cable wire worth 87,000.

Kelechukwu pleaded not guilty.The Chief Magistrate , Patrick Adekomaiya admitted the defendant to bail with the sum of N100,000, with two sureties in like sum. This adjourned the case until 26th of April.
