Breaking News: Bobrisky Convicted by Court for Naira Abuse

Idris Okuneye, famously known as Bobrisky, has been convicted by the Federal High Court in Lagos for abusing the Naira, in a landmark decision delivered by Justice Abimbola Awogboro.

Bobrisky, a controversial figure recognized for his cross-dressing persona, was found guilty after a thorough examination of the case’s details.

During his plea, Bobrisky expressed unawareness of the law regarding Naira abuse, highlighting his status as a social media influencer boasting over five million followers. However, Justice Awogboro emphasized that ignorance of the law does not excuse the offense.

In a plea for leniency, Bobrisky requested a chance to utilize his platform to educate his followers on proper Naira handling, expressing remorse for his actions.

Previously, Bobrisky faced four counts of Naira abuse filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, to which he pleaded guilty.
