Breaking News: Donald Trump Named 2024 Time Person of the Year

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has been named Time’s 2024 Person of the Year, the magazine announced on Thursday.

In a statement, TIME’s Editor-in-Chief, Sam Jacobs, highlighted Trump’s impact, stating he was honored “for orchestrating a historic political comeback, leading a transformative political shift, redefining the American presidency, and reshaping the country’s role on the global stage.”
