Breaking News: NLC President Joe Ajaero Arrives at Police Headquarters for Terrorism Probe

Joe Ajaero, President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has arrived at the Headquarters of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT).

Ajaero was summoned by the police last week to appear at the IRT Headquarters on August 20 at 10 am to respond to allegations of involvement in terrorism financing, cybercrime, subversion, criminal conspiracy, and treasonable felony. Unable to attend on the initially scheduled date, Ajaero committed to complying with the summons today.

He arrived at the premises at precisely 10:17 am on Thursday, accompanied by Senior Advocate of Nigeria Femi Falana, Marshal Abubakar, Deji Adeyanju, and other senior NLC officials.

The IRT is a division of the Force Intelligence Bureau within the Nigeria Police Force.
