The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed the arrest of Ibrahim Abdullahi, also known as Mandi, suspected to be the mastermind behind the March 2022 attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train route, according to a report by The Will on Thursday.
ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Force Public Relations Officer, made this announcement during a press briefing in Kaduna State.
Adejobi revealed that 48 AK-47 rifles were seized during Abdullahi’s apprehension, and investigations are currently underway to uncover his sponsor and the source of the weapons.
