BREAKING: Old Naira Notes Will Remain Valid Till Dec. 2023 -Supreme Court

The Supreme court has again nullified the naira redesign policy of the President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration

In a judgement delivered today, the Apex court held that the old notes denomination of 200, 500 and 1000 are valid till Dec 31

Three states, Zamfara, Kofi and Kaduna had dragged the federal government to the Supreme Court

At Fridays ruling, a seven-member panel of the apex court held that the old N200, N500 and N1000 remain valid legal tender until 31 December 2023.
