BREAKING: Supreme Court Upholds Peter Mbah’s Victory as Enugu State Governor

In a decisive ruling on Friday, the Supreme Court affirmed Peter Mbah as the duly elected governor of Enugu State. The unanimous decision, delivered by a five-member panel of justices, dismissed the appeal lodged by the Labour Party and its candidate, Chijioke Edeoga. The appeal contested the outcome of the governorship election held on March 18, 2023.
