[BREAKING] Terrorism: AU to deploy 3,000 soldiers to Niger, Mali, others

As a way of ending the terrorism ravaging the Sahel region of Africa, the African Union is preparing to deploy 3,000 troops to the countries in the region, an official has said.

Countries identified are Mali, Chad, Mauritania, Niger, Burkina Faso, among others.
