CAN demands public institutions preventing Christian worship centre’s names nationwide

Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has give directives to its branches across the country to submit names of public institutions preventing christian worships centres.
The directives was contained in a letter signed by CAN General Secretary Barr. Daramola Joseph Bade and addressed to all Zonal and State Chairmen of the Association in Nigeria.

Titled “Request for submission of names of institutions that
prevent Christian worship”, the letter dated 9th of August, 2022, stated that “I have been directed to write to all Zonal and State Chairmen of the Association to kindly submit all names of public institutions in their states, on or before 19th August 2022, where Christians are being prevented from having a chapel, a place where they can gather to pray or worship during the week days and Sundays.

“The CAN Headquarters is about to take a stand on the discriminatory policy. May God continue to bless your areas of leadership. Accept our esteemed regards as we await your swift response”, it stated.
